Portland Bill, 2017

I first visited Portland Bill in Dorset in 1996. I was immediately struck by the myriad textures of the rock, some smoothed by waves and wind, others by hand tools from the historic quarry works.

This series concentrates on the sensual nature of the subject matter through an emphasis on texture, form, and composition.

20" x 30" C-Type prints (unmounted) are available. Please enquire via email.

Tales of the Revolution

In April 2017 I spent some time traveling in Cuba. I knew that I didn't want to do what many people do and come back with lots of pictures of pre-1953 American cars, crumbling buildings, and old people puffing cigars. This is what I came back with.
